This page explains how orders from the Miss Av shop are processed, shipped, and, if needed, returned or exchanged. If you have a question that is not covered here, please reach out at missavlife@gmail.com and our team will reply within 24 hours.
Every order from the Miss Av shop is packed with care. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer, and we will let you know if there is any significant delay.
Once your order is processed, it is handed to our shipping carrier for delivery. Estimated delivery times and rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you. If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at missavlife@gmail.com.
We are happy to ship to many locations outside the United States where available at checkout. International orders may take longer to arrive and could be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
We want you to love what you order. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing: please contact us at missavlife@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the item and packaging where possible. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been used or opened. This may include earrings and other pierced jewelry, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Sale or clearance items may also be marked as final sale, which will always be noted on the product page before you buy.
